1– Pattern
Our pattern are exclusive and unique, created by graphic designers and photographers. If you look closely you will see that every piece is discreetly signed “Esquisse“
2- Origins of the raw materials
Our fabric is woven in Ardèche, France by the European specialist of elastic fabric.
The lace is knitted in Rhône-Alpes, France by a French lace manufacturer established since 1936.
Our fabric has a certification that guarantees humano-ecological qualities: without toxic products for skin and environment.
3- Digital textile printing
Printing is performed digitally in Isère in France, which allows very fine drawings, and a multitude of colors.
4– Laser cut
“Free cut” technology : the fabric is laser cut in Italy to minimize seams.
The laser beam cauterizes the cutting edges of the fabric, thus it does not fray.
This process allows precise and fast cutting.
This technology especially makes your underwear totally invisible under even the most form-fitting clothes.
5– Sewing process
Finally, assembling takes place between Porto and Lisboa, in Portugal, in a lingerie workshop.
