Several steps are necessary to create a so-called durable lingerie. At Esquisse, everything is done in Europe between France, Italy and Portugal by carefully chosen specialists. We only work with controlled and certified fabrics. They are free of body or environmental toxins.
1- Motifs made in Esquisse
The Pollen print was designed and designed in Paris. If you take a closer look, you will notice that each motif is discreetly signed “Esquisse”;)
2- Materials made in France
Our microfiber is woven in Ardèche at the European specialist of the sector: elastic in both directions, it does not bulge and does not deform. A must!
The lace is knitted in Rhône-Alpes at a French designer and manufacturer of lace installed since 1936.
3- Impression made in France
The printing is done digitally in Isère, with a great finesse of the drawings and colors of madness, as here with our sublime print Pollen.
4- State-of-the-art laser cutting
Our Italian partner uses «free cut» technology: a laser beam cauterizes the cutting edges and allows precise, sharp and fast cutting.
This crucial step minimizes seams to make these panties invisible under clothing.
5- Assembly made in Portugal
Finally, the confection (or assembly) is carried out in a lingerie workshop located near Lisbon.
