All items on esquisse-lingerie.com are in stock.
All orders placed before 12pm (noon) are shipped the same day (except Saturdays,
Sundays and bank holidays). All orders placed from Friday 11am until Sunday are
shipped on Monday morning.

FRANCE
The delivery is made by “lettre suivie” below 200€ of order. Beyond that, delivery is
provided by Colissimo. Beyond 150€, delivery in mainland France is free.
3 methods are available:
Lettre suivie at 3€ in letter box / 2-3 working days
Colissimo at 6€ in letter box / 2 working days
TNT express before 1pm at 10€ (order before noon for overnight deliver)
Delays can be a little longer during a period of promotions and sales.

OVERSEAS TERRITORIES
The delivery is free from 200€ of purchase. The preferred mode of delivery is Colissimo
at 10€ within 5 to 7 days.

EUROPE
The delivery is free from 200€ of purchase. Below : Colissimo international at 10€ / 3-7
working days or TNT international at 20€ in 24h.

WORLD
The delivery is free from 200€ of purchase. Below : Colissimo international from 15€ to
30€ depending on the area/ 4-8 working days, or : TNT international from 42€ to 70€
depending on the area / 2-4 working days.

RETURN WITH REFOUND:
You must send us an email to contact@esquisse-lingerie.com to report us your request
for return and refund. Do not forget to inform us of your name, address, order number.
Items must be returned to Esquisse Lingerie C/O Marguerite, 189 rue d’Aubervilliers,
CAP 18 VOIE A Porte 10, 75018 PARIS, FRANCE with a letter or a package with a
tracking (otherwise we can not guarantee the receipt of your return). Items must be
returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days.
The refund of your purchase will be made within 15 days after the receipt of your return,
subject to the right conditions complied. Be sure to attach the completed return form to
download from our site (which we will also send to you by email).

RETURN WITH EXCHANGE:
You must send us an email to contact@esquisse-lingerie.com to report your return
request to exchange item that does not suit you. Do not forget to inform us of your name,
address, order number and the new desired item indicating precisely its name and size.
We will send you an email to notify you of its availability. Item must be returned to
Esquisse Lingerie C/O Marguerite, 189 rue d’Aubervilliers, CAP 18 VOIE A Porte 10,
75018 PARIS, FRANCE with a letter or a package with a tracking (otherwise we can not
guarantee the receipt of your package). The item must be returned in its packaging and
original condition within 30 days.
We will return and cover the shipping cost of your new item within 15 days of receipt of
your package, subject to the right conditions complied. Be sure to attach the completed
return form to download from our site (which we will also send to you by email).

DURING SALES:
During the sales period, items will be refunded or exchanged as usual.

RETURN CONDITIONS:
Returned items that do not fit you must be returned new, unused, in their original
containers with their labels, all perfectly intact.
Returns are offered in metropolitan France. Outside France, shipping costs are at your
charge.

CONDITIONS DE RETOURS 
Les articles retournés qui ne vous conviendraient pas doivent nous être retournés neufs,
non utilisés, non lavés, dans leurs emballages d’origine, avec leurs étiquettes, le tout
parfaitement intact.
Les retours sont offerts en France métropolitaine. Hors France, les frais d’expédition
sont à votre charge.
